Located on the winding country road that connects the two Market Framlingham and Saxmundham, our two semi detached self-catering holiday cottages are in the heart of our working Suffolk farm and have the most beautiful views over on Suffolk farmland and British countryside!

🛏️🛏️🛏️ Sleeps 4 (1 king bedroom and a downstairs twin bedroom)
🚽 🛁 🚿 down stairs bathroom with a toilet, bath and in bath shower.
✔️ All linen is provided (bedding and towels)
✔️ The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils
✔️ small fenced in gardens
🚫 sorry, no pets allowed except guide dogs.
🚫 NO WIFI (alarming at first but enjoyed by all in the end!)
